Why is my Arkfeld Pro not turning on even after a full charge and showing only 1 bar? It appears that your Arkfeld Pro is in lockout mode. Simply press and hold the center button for about one second until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or green beam to unlock it.

Is the green beam on the Arkfeld Pro brighter than the regular Arkfeld? Yes, the Arkfeld Pro's green beam is much brighter compared to the regular Arkfeld, with a ≤5mW green beam versus the ≤0.39mW green beam of the standard model.

Can I activate both the white light and green beam on the Arkfeld Pro simultaneously? Yes, you can activate both lights at the same time and adjust the brightness level of the white light while they are working together. Press and hold the central button to cycle through Low, Med, and High modes (moon mode is not included in this setting).
